| Test Results & Comments | Key exchange is performed properly, but WatchGuard does not perform encrypted communications. Also, when sending a PING packet from SafeNet (after the key has been established with WatchGuard as the initiator), WatchGuard either doesn't decrypt the SafeNet packets or decrypts them, but doesn't forward that decrypted packet on to the WatchGuard Test PC. No such packets were transmitted on the secure side of WatchGuard. Thus all we know for sure is that WatchGuard received the packets, but don't know what happened after that. As other devices were able to derypt SafeNet's packets, we do not belive it was an encryption error. No informational messages were sent from either device. |
